Madeleine Mafrici is a sophomore at MPH and in the second semester, she joined the Journalism Workshop class. Soon after, Maddy separated herself from the rest with her passion for talking and relaxing. Usually, she was lounging around with her laptop in her lap, writing. However, when she wasn’t laying on Mr. Twomey-Smith’s couch or socializing, Maddy was focused and working hard. Her work is extremely well done and she always strives to learn about every angle of a story. When she’s not doing Journalism, Maddy enjoys playing soccer, debating with MPH’s Model United Nations team and figure skating. She loves to figure skate and has won many awards.
